Something easy to do and find at the grocery is what this dish is about. The sauce is flexible enough to be use not only with pasta but also quinoa if need be. This dish will make you go for seconds without a doubt.
What’s in it:
- Pasta, cook according to package instructions
- Mushrooms, 6 brown medium pieces sliced thinly
- Garlic, 4 cloves minced
- Olive oil
- Parmesan cheese
Heat olive oil and a tablespoon of butter in a pan and melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and cook until softened. Add garlic and cook for another 2 minutes. Add 3 more tablespoons of butter and cook until they all melt. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and mix to blend flavors. Leave a stalk of rosemary and leave the lid on for another 3 minutes to give enhance the aroma and herbal scent.
