The trip to Manila is coming soon and I couldn’t help but have my dose of seafood. Still looking at the health benefits of my food though which is why it’s filled dominantly with veggies. If you’re looking to lose weight like I am then stick to salad plates that are easilly tweaked.
What’s in it:
- Mixed seafood, 1/2 c
- Mixed salad, 1 c
- Broccoli, 1/4 c
- Romanesco, 1/4 c
- Cauliflower, 1/4 c
- Purple cauliflower, 1/4 c
- Sweet and sour sauce, 2-3 Tbsp
- Gochugaru (korean hot pepper flakes), 1-2 Tbsp
The only thing you need to cook here is the mixed seafood with the sauce and gochugaru. Boil the broccolis until cooked. In a mixing bowl, toss the salad with the seafood until everything is evenly coated with the sauce. You can also mix the broccolis with the salad or have them as they are as I did.
