After eating so much the whole weekend, there was only room for a nice healthy sandwich. Not surprising but this was a call to action. This is a grilled chicken sandwich with pesto sauce. Very easy to make and the only thing you need to cook is the chicken.
What’s in it:
- Chicken breast (strips)
- Pesto sauce
- Mixed salad
- Sweet onion (Finely chopped and caramelized)
It is a combination of sweet, salty and spicy that melts in your mouth like a blessing from heaven.
