Seafood Fettuccine

Don’t be deceived by this portion size because seriously one was enough for me. Oftentimes I cook spaghetti or lasagna pasta dishes as you’ve seen in my previous posts but this time I used fettuccine noodles and there are no regrets.

What’s in it:

  • Mixed seafood
  • Cream
  • White wine
  • Olive oil
  • Butter
  • Pepper
  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Parsely
  • Fettuccine noodles
  • Milk
  • All purpose flour
  • Parmigiano grana padano

The creamy goodness of the sauce was tantilizing. A perfect balance of wine, milk and butter. Harmonious flavors added by the onion, garlic, salt and pepper seasoning first cooked with olive oil in a pan.

Sound dreamy yet? šŸ˜‚ it is now a household favorite and looking forward to cooking more seafood in the future.
