Feeling the weather get colder made me think of having thick soup for dinner. What would better other than to have curry? It was already a long day that I didn’t really want a lot of work when it was time to cook which is why soup is ideal.
You can cook the meat first with the onions and garlic and then add the other ingredients. Add water until you’re happy with consistency of the soup. Leave it for a while so that the flavors are stronger and blend.

- Red chilies
