If you thought my last post was bursting with it’s cheese factor then get a load of this one. I made my carbonara sauce sour cream and creamy enough that having it as a bread spread is also heavenly.
I tend to feel full but sick whenever I eat pasta carbonara but not when I made it in this way. Maybe I’m willfull but it doesn’t change the fact that I had to make another portion just because we loved the sauce so much.
What’s in it:
- Bacon bits
- Eggs
- Garlic
- Olive oil
- All purpose flour
- Sour cream
- Salt
- Pepper
