Felt a little lazy to cook and so I opted for the oven option. Ovens are great for that reason as well as reducing the smelliness of what you cook in the kitchen. Even though I wasn’t really up for cooking didn’t I just lay out the food and pop it in the oven. No sir! It must must must be seasoned first and should come with a side dish.
Since I’ve been looking out for our diet, veggies haven’t slipped my mind. Buttered broccoli was a compromise since Hubby still tends to say “Nay” to veggies. But unlike my grandmother, I don’t really have to sneak them into beef patties 😁.
