It wasn’t difficult to figure out what would go well with the salad since most breaded food tend to go well with a mayo dip. This salad is very easy to make and prep until needed for serving.
What’s in it:
- Macaroni pasta
- Red onion
It’s always best to prep the salad first even without the pasta at the beginning. It is best served cold which is why pre-making it is always better. In a mixing bowl, add all ingredients except for the pasta and season with salt and pepper according to taste.
I’m not a fan of biting into cold pasta which is why I cooked it only when dinner time was coming soon with enough time to cook and cool. You can try it as well or just mix the pasta in it as well, leave in the fridge and then serve at meal time.
