Homemade Garlic Bread

To be honest, this isn’t the best one I made but it still turned out great. Especially since it was crispy on the outside but soft and light on the inside.

Lightly seasoned with butter, garlic, salt and pepper but I did miss the herbs that would’ve gone great with it though. This is what happens when your mind is elsewhere, you tend to forget what you wanted to do and end up skipping a step.

What’s in it:

  • Ready-to-bake baguette
  • Unsalted butter
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Garlic

If you want an improved version of this, would suggest that you mince the garlic first and mix it together with softened butter and dried herbs and then you can spread it on the bread. Other than that you can season it with salt and pepper according to taste and bake according to instructions on the packaging.
