Dinner on a Budget

Migros and Coop takeaways have mini buffet type of food that you can buy at desired portion sizes. When you have staple food at home like rice, potatoes or pasta, you can easily make a dish out of it without making everything from scratch and make it even tastier at home.

Apart from the deep-fried fish goodies, everything else on the plate I had at home like the kimchi, pak choi, rice, and shrimp paste. I steamed the pak choi while making rice and everything is good to go.

It is possible to minimize efforts in cooking whithout sacrificing flavor and satisfaction.
