I mentioned in the last post that I changed our diet and I have been very selective with what I cook that are still easy to make and very yummy. I know, I’m almost like a total carnivore and how is it possible I could devour such a meatless dish. It was a challenge that I was willing to put up with. Quite a basic meal (?) for dinner but 3 of these are quite filling and the sizes aren’t even any bigger than the burgers at McDonalds which we tend to complain are small so that’s something. I suppose adding lettuce as well would do well with this sandwich but we were very happy with the turn out despite it being vegetarian.

- Mixed dried herbs
