Beef Lettuce Wraps


How this version came up in my home was the thought of one of the 3 ways Peking duck is usually served. I didn’t want to run into the problem of having dried-up duck or even chicken and so I though of that oh so juicy beef and it was fresh and delicious. Talk about changing our diet. I made sure that any excess fat coming from the beef was removed from the pan before I added the Hoisin sauce which still turned out juicy but just the right amount.

What’s in it:

  • Ground beef
  • Hoisin sauce
  • Garlic
  • Onion
  • Soy sauce
  • Rice wine vinegar
  • Ginger
  • Green onion
  • Salt & pepper
  • Lettuce
